Guide to Portland, Maine

Leeward

  • We did not have the opportunity to check out Leeward on this trip, but heard from local foodies that it’s one of the new hot spots in town and is a must-go for homemade pastas and more!

Cocktails/Drinks

Blyth and Burrows

Fun cocktail bar with speakeasy vibes. Our favorite drinks were:

  • Bird of paradise: a clarified piña colada that is very refreshing and light

  • Ship Captain Crew: a smoked whiskey cocktail. Small but great

Wharf Street

Wharf Street is a fun street in Downtown Portland that has a ton of little dive bars, each with their own personality. I would recommend walking around and checking out multiple! Great place to feel out the crowd and check out a few bars for a night out.
