There is nothing better than a gooey, warm s'more on a cold snowy day or a s’more by a bonfire on the beach in the summertime. But when I can't be by the campfire and am craving a perfect s'more, this s'mores dip does the trick! It's simple, can be whipped up in a flash, and can be modified in so many ways. Add peanut butter chips, swirl in Nutella, crunch up Oreos, or serve with berries on the side- the s'more creative the better!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips

  • 6 oz of marshmallows, cut in half

  • Cinnamon or honey graham crackers

Method

  • In a double boiler (or the microwave) melt down the chocolate, stirring often until smooth

  • Pour chocolate into cast iron skillet or baking dish- my go-to for this is the mini Lodge cast-iron skillet. This is where you can add additional toppings- peanut butter chips, white chocolate, Nutella, you name it! Then, top with marshmallows in straight lines or concentric circles

  • Set the oven to broil on high and broil for 5 minutes. Note: the marshmallows can burn quickly, keep a close eye and rotate the pan frequently for even heating

  • Serve with graham cracker sticks and enjoy!
